Emperor Charg was lord and ruler of a space arena known as the Hockeydome. Living to hear the cheer of the crowd, and having a personal thirst for the violence of the sport, Charg comissioned his minions to capture skilled prisoners, and have them compete like gladiators in a twisted and hazardous form of hockey. The cheer of the crowd would help decide the fate of any losers. Charg had a scheming underling in Weasel, who used the emperor's relative ignorance by manipulating him in order to gain more power in the ranks. He used this power to settle personal vendettas against other members of Charg's regime.

Status: Unknown. The emperor himself has not yet been defeated, but faces constant challenges from a group of rebel fighters who have escaped from the games. In order to escape himself, Weasel transported himself to an unknown part of the galaxy, and hasn't been seen since.
